Hi, I’m Paula.

In recent years, the focus has been directed to helping women transition through peri to post menopause which can be a very tricky time with increasing fatigue, sore joints, brain fog, weight gain to name but only a few symptoms, the list is long. 

Therefore, acknowledging how this impacts all areas of our lives but taking charge and getting the non-negotiables right which is good nutrition and exercise underpin all of this.

My Approach

I will guide you through the journey, being with you along the way empowering you to make changes.

One to one coaching offers an initial discovery call to discuss how coaching can help you, how I believe I can help support you with exercise, nutritional and wellness advice, with motivation and accountability.

My training

I started teaching Pilates in 2001, having first qualified with Stott Pilates Canada and then subsequently with Body Control Pilates to teach mat work.  It’s been a life long journey to be honest.

Further study with Stott and MBodies to teach using the Reformer and Studio apparatus, pelvic floor health, Neurological conditions and understanding of Osteoporosis. As a teacher we undertake yearly CPD to keep up to date. 

I recently qualified with Burrell Education to gain a Diploma in Therapeutic Coaching for Women.
