My passion is helping women who have found the peri to menopause journey such a difficult time, whether that has been because of fatigue, sore joints, low to zero motivation, the lack of confidence and how you just do not feel yourself, which impacts every area of your life. I am now very pleased to be able to offer Therapeutic Coaching for women.
