The sessions are always tailored around what you want to achieve and how you are feeling. Whether you are new to exercise and apprehensive, have a re-occurring injury which is preventing you from getting fit or supporting women’s health in the pre and post menopause stages.
A perfect aid to assist with long term health conditions such as arthritis, back pain, core strengthening and pelvic floor, joint replacement rehab, sports injury or conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
