How can I get started? 

Please get in contact either via my contact sheet on the website or email direct paulaedmonds@mac.com with your details and telephone number. We can then organise a discovery call and then get you booked in.

What do I wear to a Pilates session?

Comfortable exercise clothing and non-slip socks.

How do I pay?

For Pilates sessions (whether a one off or the 4-class option), payment is made at the time of booking by bank transfer, details will be provided. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours in advance to be able to reschedule, if cancelled on the day the appointment will be lost. If I need to cancel, I will aim to also cancel no later than 24 hours before, if an emergency happens on the day I would of course honour the appointment – this rarely happens.

How do I pay for the 4 or 8 week Coaching sessions?

For both of these session blocks, payment can be made in two halves. 50% at the time of booking, then the remainder before the 3rd or 5th week  (8-week course) commences.

Where do we meet?

If in person, this would be Northampton or Olney. For online, it's via Zoom. All talking coaching sessions are held online.

Do we meet in person for the coaching?

No, all coaching sessions are done via the Zoom app online. With some clients we have walked and talked which some people find very helpful – this can also be arranged.
